Nanika Global Trading Inc. (“Nanika,” “NGTI,” “we,” “our,” “us,” or “the company”) considers cancellation of orders and returns subject to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully for guidance.
1. 30-Day Return Policy We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be:

Unworn or unused

With tags attached

In original packaging

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions. Please note: unless the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
2. Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
3. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

Custom products (special orders, personalized items, customized laser printing)

Personal care goods (beauty products)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

4. Exchanges The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.
5. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period For merchandise shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must meet the same eligibility requirements: unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
6. Refunds We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
